📦 Order Dispatch & Fulfilment

Orders are typically dispatched within 24 hours of order confirmation.
Tracking details are shared via WhatsApp and Email once the order is shipped.
Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed on the next working day.
During festivals or high-demand periods, dispatch times may be slightly delayed.

📭 Delivery Attempt Policy

Our courier partners will attempt delivery up to three (3) times.
If delivery fails due to: (A) Incorrect address (B) Customer unavailable (C) Refusal to accept the order; The order will be marked as Return to Origin (RTO)
In the event of RTO:

A ₹200 handling & logistics fee will be deducted.
The remaining value will be refunded as store credit (coupon) valid for 180 days.
